Meredith Grey's lines from Grey's Anatomy

I am not so much of a fan of the Grey's Anatomy TV series neither I follow it much; but at the near end of the episode, there is nice music, short scenes mixing and a voice over by Meredith Grey of the series. This voice over makes lot of sense a lot of times. Just to appreciate the writers and directors, I just thought of listing some of the quotes from the Grey's Anatomy TV series.
These are mostly about life, relationships and mostly, serious ones with meaning. Read it and you will know why I chose to mention these quotes. These lines sometimes makes me feel not to miss the series, at least the end of every episode. Try to relate, you may find some answers in case you got some questions. By all means, these are deep and meaningful:

Shiny Happy People:
It’s a common belief that positive thinking leads to a happier, healthier life. As children we are told to smile, be cheerful, and put on a happy face. As adults we are told to look on the bright side, to make lemonade, and see glasses as half full. Sometimes reality can get in the way of our ability to act the happy part though. Your hope can fail, boyfriends can cheat, friends can disappoint. It’s in these moments, when you just want to get real, drop the act, and be your true scared unhappy self.

Love Turns You Upside Down:
There don’t have to be harps playing or birds singing or pose petals falling from the sky… And there are definitely days when the romance is dead. But if you look around, things are pretty amazing. So stop for a second. Enjoy the beauty. Feel the magic. Drink it in. ‘Cause it won’t last forever. The romance will fade. Things will happen. People will change. Love will die. But… maybe not today.

No Good At Saying Sorry:
Remember when we were little, and we’d accidentally bite a kid on the playground? Our teachers would go, “Say you’re sorry.” and we would say it, but we wouldn’t mean it. Because the stupid kid we bit… totally deserved it. But, as we get older, making amends isn’t so simple. After the playground days are over, you can’t just say it, you have to mean it.

In the Midnight Hour:
When you’re little, night time is scary because there are monsters hiding right under the bed. When you get older, the monsters are different… self doubt, loneliness, regret… and though you may be older and wiser, you still find yourself scared of the dark.

Scars and Souvenirs:
People have scars in all sorts of unexpected places, like secret road maps of their personal histories, diagrams of all their old wounds. Most of our old wounds heal, leaving nothing behind but a scar, but some of them don’t. Some wounds we carry with us everywhere and though the cut’s long gone, the pain still lingers.

My Favorite Mistake:
Messing up, it’s what makes a person. It’s how we learn, where we find joy. And the things you don’t plan for, are things you never see coming.

Something to Talk About:
Communication. It’s the first thing we really learn in life. Funny thing is, once we grow up, learn our words and really start talking, the harder it becomes to know what to say. Or how to ask for what we really need.

Blink:
We assume the really serious changes in our lives happen slowly, over time. But it’s not true. The big stuff happens in an instant. Becoming an adult, becoming a parent, becoming a doctor. One minute you’re not, and the next you are. Ask any doctor, and they can point to the one moment they became a physician, and it usually isn’t med school graduation day. Whatever it is, nobody forgets it. Sometimes you don’t even know anything’s changed. You think you‘re still you and your life is still your life. But you wake up one day and look around and you don’t recognize anything, not anything at all.

More to come, hopefully.
